What you'll do

• Lead field installation of residential landscape projects
• serve as a link between landscape architects/designers and the field team
• interpret plans and translate designs into finished work
• manage hardscape, irrigation, lighting, and planting installation
• make daily decisions on scope changes, equipment, materials, and installation issues
• coach crew members while working alongside them
• coordinate with designers, project leadership, and subcontractors
• operate skid steers and mini excavators
• drive a company truck with trailer and assist with loading and unloading
• communicate with homeowners
• maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

Why this role

Work starts at 6:30 AM and ends between 4:30 and 5:30 PM; summer weeks may reach 50 hours and winter weeks are closer to 40 hours. Overnight travel is rare.
