What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to geriatric patients at home
• implement care plans
• complete clinical notes and assessments
• and coordinate care with therapists, the Director of Nursing, and office staff. An active Florida or Compact RN license, current CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.
