What you'll do

• Manage culinary and dining department operations, including retail sales, special events, food costs, inventory, safety, and sanitation
• oversee menu development, pricing, food and labor controls, and recipe standards
• hire, coach, train, and direct culinary staff
• maintain equipment and work-area safety
• support resident feedback and satisfaction
• oversee catering events and serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled.

Why this role
