What you'll do

• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop store staff and managers
• conduct performance reviews and support succession planning
• uphold service, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• monitor labor, financial results, inventory, ordering, waste, and costs
• submit weekly performance reports
• support store openings, audits, visits, and operational improvements.
