What you'll do

• Encourage patient engagement and program participation
• support a trauma-informed recovery environment
• monitor risk indicators and communicate concerns
• assist with admissions and documentation
• follow safety, medical, and infection-control protocols
• monitor medication self-administration and record vital signs
• maintain emergency readiness
• document care in the EHR
• support activities, recovery groups, life skills, meal planning, aftercare, and safe patient transportation
• maintain a clean and safe environment.
