What you'll do

• Grow portfolio revenue through proactive outreach, account planning, and relationships across customer departments
• expand programs into new teams, locations, and use cases
• lead business reviews connecting program results to customer goals
• coordinate billing, SSO, and integration needs
• maintain account plans, opportunity pipelines, and revenue forecasts in HubSpot
• coordinate internally to resolve issues affecting customer relationships or growth.
