The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — NOC Overnight role is in person in Kaukauna, WI. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, with a stated $1.50-per-hour NOC shift differential. St. Paul Elder Services’ care team supports residents in a senior living environment. The CNA provides hands-on personal care and daily support that promotes residents’ dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. Working with nurses and other healthcare professionals, the role helps meet residents’ daily needs and communicate changes in their condition.

What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered care
• assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, walking, and hygiene
• answer call lights
• turn and reposition residents
• measure and record vital signs
• document food and fluid intake and output
• observe and report changes to the nursing team
• assist with meals
• remind residents about prescribed medications and supplements as directed
• communicate with the healthcare team
• maintain documentation and follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care procedures.
