The Assistant Director of Admissions role is onsite at the Sugar Land campus in Sugar Land, Texas. Compensation is $70,000–$100,000 per year. MyComputerCareer’s mission is to help students build careers through technology education. The role helps plan and manage campus admissions operations and supports the Director of Admissions in meeting enrollment goals. It leads and develops admissions staff, monitors performance and compliance, and contributes to campus leadership and student-facing admissions activity.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate campus admissions staff
• oversee and report daily admissions operations
• coordinate with the Director and executive team on admissions processes
• track admissions statistics and goals
• audit enrollment processes and student records for compliance
• support recruiting, selection, training, and development of staff
• assign and direct admissions tasks
• address complaints
• attend staff meetings
• participate in admissions as needed
• serve on campus leadership when needed.
