What you'll do

• Receive and manage physician referrals
• initiate approval with workers’ compensation agencies or third parties
• register patients and schedule appointments
• communicate with adjusters, patients, attorneys, physician staff, and other coordinators
• obtain medical records
• support quality care, patient satisfaction, and treatment compliance
• answer workers’ compensation calls
• maintain patient confidentiality.
