What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor the estimating team
• establish and refine estimating procedures
• oversee the estimating lifecycle
• collaborate with project managers, field superintendents, and executive leadership
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
• review bid documents and prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed estimates
• manage cost data and trends
• maintain client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships
• review subcontractor proposals and negotiate terms as needed.
