What you'll do

• Lead daily and peak-period store operations
• execute promotions, events, displays, and course-material activities
• review store financials and manage markups, markdowns, write-offs, and shrink
• build campus relationships and support outreach
• recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• maintain customer service standards and handle escalated complaints
• keep the store orderly and ensure applicable food-safety compliance if overseeing a café or convenience store.
