The Experienced Appointment Coordinator role is onsite in Plover, WI. Pay is $17–$20 per hour. The position supports the service department at Mark Toyota of Plover, a family-owned dealership with more than 36 years of community involvement. The coordinator schedules service appointments, communicates with customers, and follows up after service to support customer satisfaction and returning service business. Accurate records and effective scheduling help the service department manage customer needs.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments
• maintain accurate appointment and customer records
• communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
• learn service operation codes and determine appropriate service needs
• advise customers on maintenance recommendations
• use the service department scheduling system
• make post-service and declined-service follow-up calls
• complete other tasks assigned by the Service Manager.
