What you'll do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the branch team. Run branch operations, including opening orders, invoicing, receivables, cash handling, cycle counts, and inventory. Assist with counter and phone sales
• meet current customers and develop new relationships. Coordinate quotes, special deliveries, and pricing with the Territory Manager and other team members. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and product mix. Address customer issues and complaints, report safety matters, and participate in monthly manager meetings and 24/7 coverage rotation.
