What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate personnel and room activities for assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, corporate and site-specific policies.
• Maintain and report metrics to evaluate production unit performance.
• Mentor and develop direct reports.
• Manage operational and preventive maintenance of processing equipment.
• Lead investigations into quality deviations and safety incidents.
