What you'll do

• Conduct assigned in-person visits
• verify participant residence information
• document safety and wellness indicators and household information
• use approved mobile tools and secure systems
• coordinate with supervisors, dispatch, language access, quality review, and operations teams
• complete follow-up visits as required
• submit timely reports and data
• escalate safety concerns
• maintain confidential records and follow field safety protocols.
