What you'll do

• Manage a team of 6–12 resources
• guide coding practices, design patterns, code reviews, security, and unit testing
• support cloud development, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• plan and oversee software development and maintenance projects
• hire, mentor, manage performance, and assign work
• coordinate with the Director of Engineering and Enterprise Architect
• research technologies and recommend software options
• assist with relevant IT operating budgets.
