What you'll do

• Coordinate with hospital departments to identify trends, prioritize improvements, reduce duplication, and support compliance
• investigate incident reports, patient complaints, and patient-care issues as requested
• oversee hospital contract performance objectives
• ensure timely chart completion and filing
• assist medical directors
• liaise with departments on provider matters and new-hire orientation
• coordinate with the hospital quality improvement program
• compile and report quality data
• conduct concurrent and retrospective reviews
• participate in quality council and meetings as applicable
• manage department employees.
