Maintenance Team Lead — Third Shift

What you'll do

• partner with planners and schedulers on backlog and priorities
• spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor
• direct and monitor maintenance work
• provide technical guidance
• manage crew payroll, overtime, attendance, and conduct
• document maintenance information in SAP
• support continuous improvement, reliability, and training
• develop team members.
