What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with selecting, training, retaining, and recognizing employees
• monitor performance and coach staff
• support employee relations and compliance
• oversee customer service, food preparation, cleaning, and stocking
• observe restaurant operations across day parts
• help resolve customer issues
• assist with schedules and inventory orders
• monitor food safety
• analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs
• take corrective action to support margin and sales targets.
