What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center areas, offices, grounds, parking, access points, and perimeter locations
• verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain logs
• respond to incidents and alarms
• notify site contacts and emergency responders as directed
• document observations, incidents, and patrol activity.
