Patient Services Coordinator

The Patient Services Coordinator role is onsite in Gahanna, OH. Compensation is $20 per hour, and weekly hours depend on clinic scheduling needs. SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare provides hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness services.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients, manage check-in and check-out, and assist with rooming as needed. Address insurance, billing, and payment questions
• process payments
• maintain patient and insurance records in the EHR
• respond to calls and messages
• complete cash reconciliation and deposits as assigned
• support account activities and clinic administration
• and protect confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
