What you'll do

• Meet or exceed new-business production goals set with the Agency Owner
• prospect through agency-provided leads and referrals
• build and maintain client relationships to support retention and cross-selling
• resolve customer questions or concerns
• maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and coverages
• document client interactions and sales activity in agency systems.
