National Corporate Housing provides temporary housing program management for business travelers, corporate relocations, government agencies, and project-based workforce housing. The coordinator supports recruiting operations and core HR administration across the employee lifecycle. The role helps provide a consistent candidate and employee experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with employment requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate recruiting workflows, requisitions, postings, candidate records, interview scheduling, and offer requests
• manage recruiting platforms and shared inbox
• support pre-employment screening, onboarding, and offboarding
• maintain HRIS data and employee records
• support benefits administration and routine employee inquiries
• assist with employer branding, university recruiting, compliance, audits, and process improvement.
