What you'll do

• Monitor assigned settings and report safety concerns
• follow program procedures and support residents in distress
• assist with activities of daily living as needed
• coach social skills, emotional expression, and problem-solving
• reinforce vocational, educational, social, and recreational goals
• document progress
• transport residents to outings
• attend staff meetings and advocate for residents as indicated.
