What you'll do

• Lead assigned Life Guidance programs and develop service plans
• offer supervised recreational activities
• involve Life Guidance staff in daily program planning and implementation
• plan individual birthday celebrations and monthly parties
• develop programs for residents, including those confined to rooms when applicable
• engage new residents and encourage participation
• maintain activity and participation records as required by state law
• assist the Life Guidance Director with recruiting volunteers
• support census-building initiatives.
