The Working Hearth Installation Foreman / Lead Installer role is onsite in Adams, MA, with compensation of $38–$45 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and demonstrated skills. The role leads a small installation crew while personally performing hearth installations for Adams Stove Company. This hands-on field leader owns installation work from preparation through completion, coordinating the crew and materials while ensuring installations meet manufacturer requirements and applicable codes. The role also trains less-experienced installers and communicates with customers and management.

What you'll do

• Lead a two-to-three-person installation crew and participate in daily installations
• install wood pellet and gas stoves, fireplaces, inserts, venting, chimney systems, and hearth components
• interpret manuals, plans, and specifications
• determine installation approaches and resolve field issues
• assign work
• inspect quality and code compliance
• train installers
• coordinate materials, tools, deliveries, and jobsite preparation
• communicate with customers
• maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
