What you'll do

• Lead learning operations strategy and execution.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and workflow governance for learning requests.
• Serve as the operational bridge between the company and external learning partners.
• Oversee learning program logistics and resource coordination.
• Partner with HRIS and LMS Specialist to support learner experience and technology optimization.
• Collaborate on learning system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to measure program effectiveness.
• Track and report key learning metrics.
• Partner with Learning Business Partners to define requirements.
• Establish operational standards and governance.
• Support vendor management activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
