Mobile Phlebotomist

What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate specimen collection routes
• collect blood and other laboratory specimens
• prepare specimens for shipping, including centrifuging
• report critical laboratory results promptly
• validate ICD-10 codes on laboratory orders
• maintain laboratory inventory and a sanitary work environment
• document and transmit orders through the electronic medical record
• maintain CLIA waiver requirements
• drive to multiple mobile locations daily.
