What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations from the floor
• manage, mentor, and develop the Front of House management team
• oversee scheduling, staffing, reservations, and service organization
• lead hiring and training
• maintain service standards
• partner with culinary and beverage teams
• participate in financial reporting, inventory analysis, labor management, and budgeting
• oversee facility standards and support events and seasonal programming.
