What you'll do

• Lead resident relations and retention programs
• address resident concerns
• initiate lease renewals
• collect rent and manage delinquent accounts
• process fees and rental agreement amounts
• prepare bank deposits and weekly reports
• assist with evictions in accordance with guidelines
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• maintain resident files
• supervise in the Community Director’s absence
• issue notices
• enforce policies
• conduct pre-move-in and move-out inspections.
