The Senior Software Engineer (.NET/Angular) role is hybrid, with a few days each week at the Arlington, VA headquarters. Compensation is $132,000–$165,000 per year. The role supports development of Pioneering Evolution’s SyncCore and SyncPoint platforms for federal mission environments. The engineer owns significant platform or application capabilities across architecture, APIs, workflows, data persistence, user experience, testing, deployment, and production performance. The role also strengthens engineering practice through implementation leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
