What you'll do

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing within established turnaround times
• analyze, document, and interpret quality-control results
• maintain and troubleshoot instruments and take corrective action
• escalate quality-control issues
• comply with CAP, CLIA, and other applicable standards
• follow safety and proficiency-testing protocols
• assist with performance improvement, inventory, supplies, and reagents
• maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with patients and providers.

Why this role

Requires certification as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist and a current Florida Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Technician license.
