What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and support visitor and contractor entry
• maintain activity logs and documentation
• communicate with leadership, site contacts, and responding agencies as needed.
