What you'll do

• greet and direct walk-in customers and visitors
• prepare and post conference room schedules
• receive, sort, and distribute company and interoffice mail and deliveries
• monitor office supplies and place orders
• maintain organized conference rooms, visitor offices, desks, reception areas, and novelty merchandise displays.
