What you'll do

• develop and optimize proposal management processes
• partner with leadership to align resources
• conduct performance reviews
• manage team workloads
• drive continuous improvement initiatives
• develop professional proposals in response to RFP/RFQ
• coordinate technical teams
• plan and manage proposal schedules
• assist in writing and editing narratives
• collaborate with marketing and graphic design
• manage final review and production
• prepare for client interviews
• maintain proposal resources.
