What you'll do

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff
• control the front door and retail area
• check in members and register guests
• monitor check-ins and notify the Gym Operations Supervisor about delinquent accounts
• direct guests and appointments to fitness consultants
• answer and route calls and follow up on telephone inquiries
• respond to member concerns
• distribute keys and towels
• schedule class appointments
• process retail and concession sales
• maintain the member experience area
• complete gym walk-throughs and opening and closing procedures
• log maintenance and safety concerns
• report incidents
• attend staff meetings
• perform assigned light cleaning and weight pickup.
