What you'll do

• Answer and transfer telephone calls
• check in residents
• greet residents and guests
• distribute applications to prospective employees
• refer prospective residents and families to the Leasing Team
• sort and deliver mail and packages
• reserve the private dining area
• collect maintenance work orders
• follow emergency procedures
• assist with accounting duties as assigned.
