What you'll do

• Respond to calls and emails from families, hospitals, and referral partners and follow up on leads
• give tours of the rehabilitation wing and skilled nursing community
• guide families through admissions paperwork and move-in planning
• coordinate short-term rehabilitation and long-term care admissions
• track referrals, tours, and admissions in the CRM
• build relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, and doctors
• work with the Sales Director and admissions team on occupancy goals.
