Sample Coordinator – Footwear

The role exists to manage the movement, documentation, presentation, and condition of samples so teams can prepare customer presentations, trade shows, product photography, and quality checks. It also supports seasonal showroom organization and sample fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Receive and process international sample shipments
• sort and organize samples
• verify shipments against packing lists and document discrepancies
• photograph samples and upload documentation
• locate, reserve, prepare, clean, label, and ship samples
• create FedEx labels
• process returns and sample orders in the OMS
• provide tracking and status updates
• prepare samples for customer meetings and trade shows
• perform assigned inspections and document quality concerns
• maintain seasonal sample walls and showroom displays.
