Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Meet prospective clients, prepare RFP packages, and participate in project interviews
• review project plans, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resources
• coordinate preconstruction, design-team selection, meetings, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• track design and permit budgets and contracts
• establish staffing and work plans
• prepare owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, invoices, and budget changes
• coordinate with accounting on project costs
• prepare and review project reports and schedules
• coordinate with government agencies
• procure tools and materials
• direct supervisors and subcontractors
• inspect work for quality and schedule compliance
• coordinate closeout documents, as-built drawings, final inspections, certificates of occupancy, and final cost reports.
