Forklift Operator is an onsite role in Spring Hill, KS, with a starting pay rate of $23.94 per hour. The schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 4:30 PM–5:00 AM. The role supports the Plant Distribution Center at A&M Products, which manages finished-goods inventory and shipping. The operator moves raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods through the facility, supporting safe and accurate warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations. The work helps maintain inventory accuracy and the flow of materials needed to meet customer and business requirements.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
• transport raw materials, packaging, and production supplies
• move finished products to warehouse storage
• load and unload trucks, trailers, and railcars
• verify quantities and load accuracy
• supply production lines
• complete paperwork and inventory transactions
• assist with cycle counts
• inspect forklifts
• report equipment issues
• perform assigned basic preventative maintenance
• maintain housekeeping and follow safety and quality procedures.
