Process Integration Engineer Intern

What you'll do

• Support integration and optimization of semiconductor process modules across the DRAM manufacturing flow
• analyze electrical, inline, process, and yield data to identify performance gaps, yield detractors, and anomalies
• apply statistical analysis and engineering problem-solving
• collaborate with process integration, process engineering, yield engineering, device, and technology development teams
• support experiments and data analysis
• develop dashboards or analytical tools
• document findings and communicate recommendations.
