The Healthcare Business Development & Referral Consultant role is based in Atlanta, GA, with outreach across the Metro Atlanta referral territory. Compensation is a $400 monthly consulting retainer during the initial 90-day engagement, plus a $500 success fee for each qualifying new private-pay client. Global Private Home Care Solutions seeks to expand its professional referral network and generate qualified private-pay home-care clients. The independent consultant develops and documents referral relationships and outreach that can lead to new client opportunities. The work supports the organization’s home-care services by connecting referral partners and prospective clients with appropriate services.

What you'll do

• Leverage and expand relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, physicians, case managers, social workers, care coordinators, elder-law professionals, geriatric care managers, and other senior-care referral sources
• develop outreach and relationship strategies
• introduce Global’s services to referral partners
• document consultant-originated referrals and business-development results
• and represent Global professionally and ethically using approved brand and service information.
