What you'll do

• Support health, safety, and well-being
• complete residential habilitation documentation and implement service actions
• assist with meals, shopping, food preparation, daily routines, and personal care
• support community activities and appointments with transportation
• respond to crises and medical emergencies according to agency policy
• administer medications when certified and assigned
• maintain residence cleanliness and records.
