What you'll do

• Lead S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory, and operational performance
• improve service levels, quality, efficiency, and margins
• develop and diversify co-packer and co-manufacturing partnerships
• optimize the 3PL and logistics network
• modernize systems, data, automation, and reporting
• establish KPIs and dashboards
• partner with Quality on food safety
• lead and develop the Operations organization
• work with the CEO and executive team on operational priorities.
