The role also contributes to banquet service, special menus, and consistent food presentation.

What you'll do

• Set up and execute hot food for restaurant service and breakfast banquet events
• manage line cooks, production cooks, breakfast buffet attendants, and stewards
• train and mentor hourly associates
• address kitchen issues
• complete checklists
• follow health codes and company procedures
• uphold sanitation standards
• place vendor orders and organize storage
• maintain hot and cold stations
• plan special occasion menus and develop plating designs.
