The Community Outreach Organizer works onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $29.82–$32.38 per hour. The role advances the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle’s Advocacy & Community Engagement Department and its work to improve outcomes for Black communities and historically underserved populations. The organizer builds trusted community relationships, coordinates outreach and education, supports advocacy campaigns and coalitions, and helps translate community perspectives into action. The work also supports policy priorities, grant deliverables, and data-informed program implementation.
