Janitorial Crew Supervisor

The Janitorial Crew Supervisor role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Compensation is $22.31 per hour. The supervisor trains and oversees client-workers while performing janitorial work as needed. The role supports quality service delivery by monitoring supplies, inspecting work, documenting training and quality checks, and coordinating with GSA representatives on project requirements.

What you'll do

• Supervise assigned tasks and special projects
• monitor supplies and equipment
• provide janitorial skills training to client-employees
• perform cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, floor care, bathroom cleaning, and dusting
• conduct and document quality inspections, customer surveys, and client training records
• liaise with GSA representatives and resolve problems in the Project Manager’s absence.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of experience working with adults with disabilities; First Aid/CPR certification is required within 30 days. A bachelor’s degree in special education, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field is preferred.
