Job overview

The role provides individual and family mental health skill-building and case management using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches. It supports continuity of care through coordination with a multidisciplinary treatment team, ongoing client services, supervision, and required documentation.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and family mental health skill-building using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
  • maintain consistent services

  • attend monthly clinical director supervision
  • meet productivity and documentation standards, including BIRP notes
  • accommodate after-school and weekend client schedules
  • travel to client homes and community locations within the stated area.
