What you'll do

• Supervise and support individuals according to support plans
• promote health, safety, and independence in daily living
• assist with personal care, community integration, meal preparation, funds management, and social skills
• complete daily documentation
• perform housekeeping tasks
• provide transportation under agency policy
• maintain required CPR, First Aid, MAP, and site-specific training
• participate in meetings
• support implementation of individual service plans.
